I am licensed in Michigan with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I focus on providing avenues for individuals to self-reflect in order to foster individual and personal growth through self-discovery. Ideally, individuals in everyone's lives come and go so to have the skills to self-regulate through stress is what I strive to help individuals find. My clinical background often explores family dynamics as well as personal life circumstances to gauge how best to approach resolving the stressor.
