I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker using a Cognitive Behavioral approach to identify unhelpful thoughts and change unwanted emotional responses or behaviors. With me, you’ll get a therapist that is endlessly positive, always strengths-based, and focused on helping you be your best self! I am certified and have significant experience in providing evidence-based treatment to address trauma. Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing.; as well as personal interests in mindfulness, art, and coaching are often woven into my clinical practice.
