I believe that wellness/happiness isn't something you can find through talk therapy alone. I challenge my clients to dream of better lives for themselves, to prioritize their happiness, and to make radical changes that produce results. I provide a relaxed, comfortable therapeutic environment that allows my clients to explore their feelings and to say the words in their hearts that have been left unspoken. I love to integrate humor into my sessions as I myself am very joyful. I love to have open conversations with my clients that lead to clarity and acceptance within themselves
