Since initiating my helping career in 2003 in New York, I have provided individuals, couples and families with a wide range of psychological and supportive services. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused approaches to guide you through life’s challenges. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new behavior, attitudes and reactions. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. Growing up in NYC has provided me with a strong diverse background and I understand the daily struggles you may be facing. I also provide services in Spanish.
