I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in california with over 6 years of experience working with clients including depression, anxiety, parenting problems and ADHD. I also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma.

My therapy is comforting and interactive and I believe treating anyone with respect and compassion. My approach consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus, motivational interviewing and community resilience model.

It takes courage making the first steps realizing you need help to a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are willing to continue taking those steps, I will walk beside you to support and empower you.
