I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in mental health counseling with concentration in Marriage and family therapy, as well as in Addiction. I am also a supervisor in the mental health field, for a Massachusetts mental health state agency, where I provide my clinical expertise. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions, I have helped several individuals. I offer individual counseling for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions that affect mood, thinking, and behavior, as well as support to those experiencing LGBTQIA+ related issues, relationship problems, motivation, self-esteem, and difficulties with confidence. In addition, I provide relationship and family counseling. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My goal is to empower individuals, families, and couples to overcome personal obstacles to improve their lifestyle.
