My name is Jose A. Olmo. I have more than forty years of experience in treating adults and children with mental health and addiction problems. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut since 1984. I speak English and Spanish.
I have practiced in non-profit agencies, state of Connecticut Mental heath system, and private practice. I support clients in building positive communication and practice social and personal skills to reach their goals in life. I believe that everyone have the capacity to make positive changes and to improve their quality of life. I treat everyone with respect and warmth.
I have training an experience in helping adults and children experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, traumas, sleeping disorders, anger management, bipolar disorder, self esteem, and coping with life changes.
