My name is Jorge Santana, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! I bring a strengths-based approach that centers my clients' individual needs and goals. I have over 20 years of experience working with young people, families, and individuals in many different settings and all along the spectrum of need. My direct experience working in the community strongly informs my individual work. One of my mentors taught me to always try to work myself out of a job, and I bring this mentality to my individual work by focusing on supporting and empowering my clients towards self-sufficiency. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and received my Masters in Social Work from Boston College. I look forward to working together towards your goals!
