About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. My main wheelhouse has been in the medical field assisting clients through various issues from my experience in the emergency department and cardiac-related illnesses. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including new medical diagnoses, grief, caregiver issues, and burnout. This does not mean I am limited to these fields.

My counseling style client-centered. I will go wherever you as the client would like to go. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic-directed therapy.

I am here to serve as a one-time guide on your journey through your current issues, my goal is to give you the tools you need to continue on that journey know as life. To quote one of my favorite sayings “all I’m doing is handing out sticks”. I am here to empower you to do and accomplish what you are already able to do.
