I like to think that I did not choose to be a counselor but rather that counseling chose me. Aside from being a parent, counseling is the most rewarding part of my life. I strive to engage clients in a non-judgmental, non-directive and highly supportive manner. I utilize an integrative counseling approach when working with individuals allowing me the opportunity to draw from various counseling theories and techniques to better suit your needs. I graduated from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi with a Master’s of Science in Counseling in 2011 and have been licensed as a Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor for over 5 years. In those 5+ years I have worked with adults, couples, families, teenagers, and children on a variety of issues from parenting skills to personality disorders.
