My clientele include individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience in helping people through depression, anxiety, or trauma. I work with couples to mend the relationship, while focusing on conflict resolution, communication, and refocusing on the friendship through a strength based approach. I work with Veterans, active military, and first responders through the independent and family struggles. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to work with my clients to help create the balanced life that they are searching for.
