I work with clients 18 and older who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship and emotional difficulties, as well as difficult life transitions and loss. What is your approach to therapy? I use a collaborative, person centered approach to help clients manage the difficulties in their lives and become the best versions of themselves. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect to feel validated and supported during our sessions. Sessions are used to help build coping skills, strengthen self care and create new insight to help clients feel lighter and more empowered.
