I’ve received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I utilize this therapy to facilitate client’s healing from trauma, attachment wounds, anxieties, depression, and many other symptoms. I specialize in working with individuals 15 years and older with a variety of problems, including, but not limited to: trauma, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship problems, substance abuse and addiction, low self-esteem, and eating disorders.
