I am passionate about helping teen girls and young adult women work through the anxiety and stress in their lives. Together, we can work towards reaching your goals and making positive changes in your life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exercising/playing sports (volleyball and tennis are my favorites!), traveling, and watching funny movies or TV shows.
