Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and have a Doctorate in Counseling. I have 15 years of clinical experience working with trauma, stress, addictions (all kinds), family and relational issues, and women’s issues. I have also written a book, book chapters and spoken internationally on these topics.
I am passionate about helping my clients feel empowered. But before that can happen they must be fully heard and understood. I spend a lot of time fully learning my clients’ stories and. Life histories so I can understand their reference point. This allows me to be fully empathetic, as I can see the world through their lenses.
