I am an independently licensed clinical counselor with sixteen years of experience. I strive to help clients feel safe, comfortable and respected, and help them work through challenges in their lives. I have experience with a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, grief and loss, anger issues, domestic violence, impulse control, OCD, personality disorders, phobias, sleep issues and bipolar disorder. I am TF-CBT certified (trauma focused CBT). My treatment approach is warm, interactive and non-judgmental. I utilize CBT, DBT, solution focused, trauma informed and person centered therapy, structured to meet the unique needs of each person.
