I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 23 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients to address a wide range of concerns including life changes, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, parenting problems, relationship concerns, trauma and more.

My counseling style is empathetic, warm and sincere. I believe the in the power of being understood and treating everyone with respect and compassion. My counseling approach includes a combination of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic, mindfulness, trauma informed care and emotion focused therapy. The treatment will be specific to your needs.
