I believe that therapy is a place for you to be your true self. Life is full of experiences; the good, the bad, and the ugly moments shape the people we become. It can take a long journey to find any beauty in the painful moments of life. I am not afraid to walk with you, no matter where you are in life. I hope that during our time together we will have a lot of laughs, a lot of tears, and hopefully a lot of healing.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Tennessee. I have been practicing psychotherapy while working on my Ph.D. in counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, bipolar and other transitional life issues. I also work with couples and families.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect and work together to helping you become the best version of yourself. My approach combines humanistic, Parts Work (Inner Family Systems), and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Therapy is hard and daunting at times, I understand that and want to work with you to help increase authentic interactions in your life as you courageously seek a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support and empower you during your journey.
