I am a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Cypress Mental Health, based in Beverly Hills, CA. I believe in creating an environment of openness, acceptance, and curiosity, where you can voice your doubts and your fears, while feeling empowered to move forward. I will give you tools to make meaningful changes in your life, and support you as you navigate challenges along your path to change. I use modern, evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to treat adolescents and adults. I value each client’s cultural identity and lived experience, and will customize treatment to meet your specific needs. In addition to my work as a clinician, I teach undergraduate psychology courses in the UCLA Psychology Department, and am a psychological consultant.
