I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 7 years of experience working as a mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy issues, PTSD, and chemical dependency issues.

My therapy style is comforting and insightful. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines a variety of approaches cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. In an effort to be as useful to others as possible, I will tailor sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I encourage those struggling with emotional and/or behavioral issues, and those feeling unsatisfied with their life to seek a more fulfilling and happier life through professional counseling. Look within, find the courage to ask for help.
