What should your client know about you? I personally understand trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain and am honored to come alongside you in your journey. As a therapist, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, I view healing from a holistic perspective. What is your approach to therapy? I take the best from Eastern Medicine and Western therapy that have healing potential and integrate them for a holistic healing experience. I desire to deeply understand you and offer the tools and perspective for you to become empowered. It is time for you to heal. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Through our work, you will begin to grow awareness and understanding of your internal landscapes as well as patterns that are impacting all aspects of your lives. We will work together to help you live the most authentic expression of your life.
