There are times in life that we find ourselves in situations beyond our control or comprehension. Many times, we will try to find ways of coping which sometimes work, but will oftentimes make the problem worse. Depression, anxiety, self-destructive behavior, and addiction can result from the stress felt by these difficult life events or circumstances. The good news is that these cycles of emotional pain and problematic behaviors can be broken. My name is Jonathan and I am a clinical social worker dedicated to providing support for those people who are feeling stuck, feeling overwhelmed, and feeling out of control. It is my philosophy to learn from my clients in a way that allows them to find those intrinsic strengths that can lead to more insight, more motivation, and a clear path toward their overall goals. I strive to be warm, encouraging, and challenging in order to help clients feel comfortable, validated, and motivated to grow and change those things that no longer fit.

I use a combination of therapeutic interventions to work with both teens and adults and I have extensive experience helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and difficult life changes. I look forward to speaking with you and providing you support as you make your way toward peace, mindfulness, and a higher degree of self-knowledge.
