This goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach incorporates positive psychological principles and practices that promote change by formulating solutions instead of focusing on problems. As a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Louisiana and Texas, I have over eight years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples & families in various healthcare settings. I explore clients' life experiences and behavioral repertoire to identify possible resources needed to co-construct a practical and sustainable solution.
