Hello! My name is Jonathan Mindas and I am a 33 year old, caucasian male who has been providing therapy (mental health and substance use services) for ten years. I’m a dually licensed therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist) and my primary modality is cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution focused therapy.
