I have spent two decades helping adults, families and adolescents. I feel everyone has the opportunity to better their situation, and I offer hope and support in each client's journey. I do not enter any session with pre-planned ideas, and I feel adaptability and knowledge are my strengths. Although I may be the "expert" in psychology, I feel each client is the "expert" on themselves. I look forward to joining you in your journey, wherever you may wish to go. I have evening hours available.
I have been a teacher, coach and therapist for the past 20 years. I treat both individuals and families utilizing a cognitive approach that allows clients to think through their issues and choose their future. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and anger diagnoses
