I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin with 13 years of professional work experience. I provide personalized mental health care. I work collaboratively with my clients to design a course of treatment that best fits their needs. I am conservative in my approach to therapy and seek to help my clients find balance in all that they do so they can truly see how they are set apart for an amazing and thriving life. I work with clients ranging in ages 6+, couples and families.

Everyone has a story. Everyone’s story is unique and deserves to be told. I am here to listen to what has happened in your story, to listen to how you got where you are, and to help you in writing new and exciting chapters as your story continues. I combine family systems, cognitive behavioral, and narrative approaches during my sessions.

I have been a Christian the majority of my life and have found great healing power in the story of the Bible to guide and direct my own journey. I work, whenever possible and requested, to integrate sound Biblical teaching into our therapy sessions. It is my firm belief that I am merely helping others obtain healing and restoration, but it is ultimately God who directs this healing journey.
