I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of various backgrounds on a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, unresolved trauma and grief. I specialize in work with anxiety, high-functioning autism, and ADHD and I am a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider by the Institute of Certified ADHD Professionals.
I use an "eclectic approach" but I focus heavily on Cognitive-Behavior and Existential Therapy with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I seek to create a safe and restorative space for individuals where each person feels heard. Treatment includes the individual’s needs and goals; identifying and addressing barriers while highlighting strengths.
