Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist trained at the University of Michigan with 5+ years of experience helping clients with issues such as stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, OCD, depression, relationship issues, & coping with life changes.

Psychotherapy can be an excellent way to better understand yourself and deal with emotional/psychological difficulties you may be experiencing. I will work with you to create an open and safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I draw on various modalities, such as cognitive, psychodynamic, behavioral, and trauma-informed approaches to find the style of work that is best suited for your needs.
