I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kentucky and in Florida. I have 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual issues, parenting problems and ADHD to name a few.
My therapeutic approach is a integrative approach to mental health addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of a client to achieve wellness. I am also trained in several other counseling modalities
I hold a Doctorate degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in professional counseling. I am also a certified brain health coach trainer.
The Challenge for anyone who wants to change is to find the inspiration and motivation to start and then the confidence to continue. Once you do, you will find that the blessings far outweigh any hardships it took to get there.
