I am an experienced clinician (LCSW) passionate about serving people grappling with life issues that happen to normal people living normal lives. Too often these experiences stay private and often worsen.

I believe that therapy is a vital service that gives people the opportunity to feel a genuine, authentic connection with another human being. An opportunity to be heard and validated in their experiences, which is a necessary part of healing.

My practice is focused on facilitating success and healing by treating adults using therapeutic techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Narrative, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. As a veteran, I also provide counseling in "men's issues". I have lived these issues and come to an understanding through professional training of how gender roles can play havoc in both men and woman's lives. Whether it be pain and suffering from a bad marriage/relationship, destructive family, stressful job, or self limiting beliefs, therapy can help. Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice. The choice is yours.
