I have been a licensed therapist for 16 years and have several graduate degrees including a Masters in Counseling (MAMFT) from Western Seminary. For me, a compassionate life-change approach is foundational and puts to rest the voices of inner-criticism and condemnation. Much of my training and continuing education since becoming licensed as a psychotherapist are in the fields of neuroscience, research on therapeutic practices from a quantum physics orientation, and spiritually-based change. I am also an Amen Clinics brain imaging affiliate psychotherapist with training in brain health and wellbeing. Some of the areas I work in are: Addiction Recovery, Brain Injury Recovery, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Christian Counseling (when requested), Divorce Recovery for Men, and Personality Disorders.
