I am well versed in numerous therapeutic approaches to healing, often leaning toward psychodynamic ways of working, with deep sensitivity to inner complexity and your particular circumstances. We’ll discuss your feelings, struggles, unwanted repetitions, personal history, goals, and dreams. I tailor my approach to each individual, and this allows me to help you grow in the ways you want, while helping you process life and reconnect you to your authentic self.
