Hi! My name is (Johnnie) Belinda Tilley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the state of North Carolina. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. I have 23 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I provide counseling that is confidential, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental which provides you a space to speak freely and candidly. I have worked with a wide array of clients of all ages that have a broad range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family dynamic distress, self-injuring behaviors, trauma, and emotional abuse. I have experience in working with individuals from different cultural, ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. My goal for you is happiness. And while we all suffer trials and tribulations, grief and disappointments in life, happiness is obtainable! There is a roadmap to happiness and I can help you address obstacles in your life and obtain the skills that will empower you to put yourself on that road.
