I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have been providing counseling services for the past 20 years. I have served in many therapeutic and administrative roles during my career, providing services in colleges, private practice, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient settings. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. I am non-judgmental, accepting, and comfortable meeting you where you are in the change process. We will work as a team to help you identify any changes you would like to make in your life or relationships. I approach our work from a humanistic perspective, which means I will help you recognize and utilize your unique strengths to support the healing or change process that makes the most sense to you. I use multiple evidence-based approaches to therapy and adjust modalities to match your needs. I often work with individuals who have survived trauma, and I am trained in several modalities that can help you manage difficult symptoms, emotions, and memories associated with traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you feel safe, secure, and cared for as I support you in living the version of life that works best for you.
