I am licensed in both Oregon and California with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients coping with grief and loss, with end-of-life questions, with stress and anxiety, & with depression. I also have experience working with military active duty and veterans, and have a family member currently in active duty. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I will work my best to assist and guide you toward a healthy and satisfying life. I work collaboratively with clients, together forming treatment plans that work for them.
