I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have 6 years experience helping clients with many types of mental and emotional difficulties. Some of the area's in which I help clients are depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting issues, anger management, and substance abuse. I strive to make every client comfortable with the therapeutic process because it can be difficult to reach out to someone for help. I approach each of my clients with respect and sincerity and I do not make judgements about the issues that a client is experiencing. My goal is to always help you be the best and happiest you that you can be. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused therapy, and person-centered.
