Since graduating with my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2008, it has been my desire to help people work through some of life's most difficult challenges. I have experience working with both men and women, as well as adolescents, who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger issues, co-occurring disorders, psychosis and many others. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I use many methods to help my clients that including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My commitment to you is to provide counseling services with excellence and to work with you to find practical solutions. I work with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life and know that together, we can find hope.
