I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping adults regain control of their lives by reducing debilitating mood symptoms. I am experienced and trained for depression, anxiety, relationship problems, divorce, job stress, management of strong emotions, self-doubt, oncology, and issues relating to the LGBTQ community. I am open-minded, caring, and enthusiastic, and am committed to a person-centered approach to promoting independence and well-being. I am practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, problem-focused and short-term therapy, insight-oriented dynamic therapy, and solution-focused counseling.
