Hello.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and director. I have worked with a variety of clients experiencing concerns including and not limited to Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma.

My therapeutic approach is genuine, supportive and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Our sessions will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
