Good for you! You’ve decided to take this step towards healing and wholeness. This decision requires courage! My hope in counseling is to restore the lives of individuals, families, and communities through strong interpersonal relationships. To sit with those that are hurting, to empower those who feel defeated, and to provide a safe place for healing is among my greatest joys in life. I enjoy sitting with all individuals struggling with many types of issues although I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma/post-traumatic stress, and sexual issues.

I approach therapy through a holistic and relational framework, striving to connect with each of my clients in a genuine, specific way in order to create a safe and nonjudgmental space. ​ I utilize Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, interpersonal therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I invite and welcome people from all backgrounds, value systems, and world views.
