Perhaps you and your partner are struggling in your relationship. I would be happy to help you. Sadness or anger may weigh us down. Trauma is often at the root of all of these, and I will honor your direction in how directly you choose to address the trauma.

I work with clients, both individuals and couples, who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma; some have family members with addictions or a severe mental illness. In gaining skill in identifying and evaluating thoughts that often go unnoticed and un-checked, you can improve how you think and how you feel.
