Hello. I am traditional talk therapist with over 20 years of experience. I believe that psychotherapy is a journey, not just a quick fix. Most quick fixes, like band-aids, do work. Yet, like a bandage they tend to fall off after the initial healing is over, as soon as you are back out in the elements. Meaningful change takes time. That can mean several months or a year of therapy. It can mean reading, journaling, finding a creative outlet, and experimenting with how you want to live your life. I am trained in time-tested methods to help you build a life full of love and a sense of purpose.
