As a therapist/clinician I feel that finding balance and developing a strong relationship with oneself will assist individuals in working through the challenges that life provides. It is my goal to provide a safe , comfortable, respectful and collaborative space for individuals to work through these challenges, to assist them in their journey of self discovery and positivity. Perception is reality and it is my job to challenge and work with clients to alter these perceptions if necessary to assist individuals in beginning to implement positive change behaviors to address and begin to heal from concerns relating to addition, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship conflicts, trauma and other concerns and issues that life throws our way.


It is my goal to work with individuals through supportive interventions and active listening to begin to peel back the layers, identify the core of their concerns and issues and work to address this with kindness, respect, accountability and humor. I am a trauma informed therapist/clinician with the goal of engaging with individuals in a manner that allows for implementation of effective interventions in the treatment process without retraumatization. I like to incorporate several different modalities of therapy which I like to individualize based upon where the client is in their journey and their current needs.
