About

I am licensed in South Carolina with years of experience in research and clinical practice. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & motivation, confidence, and depression. I began my interest in providing therapy after much service work here in the United States and abroad. I love meeting new people and learning about their experiences. An interesting fact about me, I worked as a personal fitness trainer for several years. I approach my clients from an understanding of the human person as a mind, body, and spirit composite. I utilize CBT mainly but am experienced in many forms of treatment. I look forward to walking with you in your journey through life.
