I am a licensed mental health counselor that has worked in the field of addiction and various mental health capacities for years. I truly believe in the person centered approach and that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to be a change agent and promote the changes that you wish. I am well-versed in many evidence-based psychotherapy modalities. My approach is driven by your needs. I realize that asking for help can be scary and is taking a risk.
