Helping others solve problems has always been one of my main interests. Prior to entering private practice over twenty-five years ago I worked in very challenging settings in which I supervised other therapists in addition to doing therapy. I have learned a great deal working with hundreds of clients that makes it possible for me to be able to help you effectively. I work with people in a collaborative manner in which we solve problems together. Over the years, I have studied and learned most of the therapeutic methods available, so I won't list them all here. It's important for you to have someone on your side to really understand you and the dilemmas you are facing. So whether it's depression, grief, anxiety, past trauma or another kind of problem that you are struggling with, I look forward to helping you with it.
