The integration of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness have proven effective for me personally and professionally. As a father or professional, my knowledge and experience is at your disposal.

My education and work experience is diverse from criminal justice, sales, construction, psychology, adjunct professor to the military. I serve in the air force reserves and was deployed to the middle east this past year. This past decade I have worked primarily as a psychotherapist. I worked with children, couples, families and adults. For years I managed a clinical program for homeless veterans.
