Hi, I'm John. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been in the field of social work since 2014. I've provided 3 years of psychotherapy to clients in community mental health clinics who have been impacted by various diagnoses, with an emphasis on those related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience using interventions taken from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
