I am a licensed counselor working for about 11 years, enjoying engaging with clients about issues or concerns they are experiencing. There are so many advances in the field of counseling and psychology I feel as though we can not only diminish symptoms of anxiety or depression, we can help clients overcome their challenges. These new techniques can be utilized so that clients can reach their fullest potential and overcome negative patterns of behavior.
