I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I completed my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Memphis in 2015. I have worked in community, residential, and outpatient settings. There are a wide variety of diagnoses and issues I've worked with including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, ADHD, child and family conflict, anger management, and substance abuse problems.
My counseling style is non-judgemental, empathetic, and compassionate. I use a holistic approach to help clients identify their strengths to help manage a balance of self-care, mindfulness, and well-being.
